Overview

The Ebony Hand Carved Parasol Stand is the natural companion to every Baliaric parasol. Hand-carved from mango wood by craftsmen in Bali, it is both a functional base and a sculptural object in its own right. Dark, solid, and built to last decades outdoors.

Craftsmanship

Each stand is individually hand-carved from solid mango wood — a dense, weather-resistant hardwood native to Southeast Asia. The carving is done entirely by hand; no two stands are identical. The dark ebony finish is applied manually and deepens in tone with age and exposure to sunlight.

Compatibility

Designed to fit all Baliaric parasols. Suitable for use on flat surfaces including stone, tile, wood decking, and compacted earth. Not recommended for soft grass without additional anchoring.

Care

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Apply teak or mango wood oil once or twice per season to maintain the finish. Can be left outdoors year-round in mild climates — bring indoors during extended periods of heavy rain or frost.

Each authentic Baliaric parasol is crafted using traditional techniques preserved for generations. The bamboo structure is woven by hand, decorative fringes are attached individually, and every motif is painted by hand rather than printed by machine.

Because of this meticulous process, no two parasols are ever exactly the same. Subtle variations in each piece reflect the authenticity and artistry of true Balinese craftsmanship.

Sont-ils imperméables ?

Nous mettons beaucoup d’amour et de soin dans la fabrication de chaque parasol, et ils méritent un peu plus d’amour de votre part pour garantir qu’ils durent de nombreuses journées ensoleillées à venir !

Bien qu'ils soient conçus principalement comme pare-soleil, ils peuvent résister à une averse occasionnelle et à des conditions de vent normales. Assurez-vous simplement de bien les sécher avant de les ranger. Nous vous recommandons de les traiter comme vos coussins d'extérieur ! Et n'oubliez pas, Scotchguard est votre nouveau meilleur ami !

Difficulté à ouvrir votre parasol ?

Pas de problème ! Nos parasols peuvent être un peu rigides au début, mais ils deviendront plus souples après quelques utilisations. Nous vous suggérons de le retourner, de le pousser doucement vers le sol jusqu'à ce qu'il s'ouvre complètement. Ensuite, retournez-le et insérez-le dans le mât inférieur, en le fixant avec le piquet.

Et n'oubliez pas, l'entretien est essentiel ! Nettoyez votre parasol avec un savon doux et de l'eau, et une brosse ou un chiffon. Avec un entretien approprié, vous profiterez de votre parasol Bali unique pendant des années. Si vous remarquez des taches de moisissure noires, utilisez HG Mold Remover pour qu'il reste comme neuf !

For longevity, we recommend closing the parasol during strong winds or storms and storing it in its protective cover when not in use for extended periods.

With proper care, the fabric and structure will maintain their beauty for many years.
