SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Handcrafted in Bali. Delivered from Near You.

Every Baliaric parasol is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Bali, Indonesia. To serve our customers better and minimise delivery times, we ship from fulfilment locations in Canada, Spain, and Bali. Each piece is unique — slight variations in colour, texture, or pattern are inherent to the craft and a mark of authenticity, not a defect.


Order Processing & Dispatch

In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand or unforeseen logistical circumstances, we will notify you promptly of any changes to your expected timeline. We monitor every shipment closely and remain available throughout the process.

Due to global customs regulations and security protocols, there may be occasions when the carrier or customs authorities require additional information directly from the recipient. We kindly ask that you:

  • Monitor your tracking link.

  • Ensure your contact information is accurate and accessible.

  • Respond promptly to any communication from the shipping carrier or customs officials.


Shipping & Customs by Region

Canada
Orders are fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse and shipped domestically. No customs duties or import fees apply. Complimentary shipping is included.

Spain & European Union
Orders are fulfilled from our Spanish warehouse and shipped within the EU. No customs duties or import fees apply. Complimentary shipping is included.

United Kingdom
Orders are fulfilled from our Spanish warehouse and shipped directly to the UK. As a result of post-Brexit trade regulations, UK customs authorities may levy import duties and a carrier handling fee upon delivery. These charges are collected by the carrier and are the responsibility of the recipient.

United States
Orders are fulfilled from our Canadian or Spanish warehouse depending on stock availability. As goods are of Indonesian origin, standard US import duties may apply depending on order value and current regulations. If duties are applicable, they will be collected by the carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rest of World
Orders are fulfilled from Bali, Indonesia. Import duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees are levied by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are separate from the purchase price and shipping costs and cannot be included at checkout as they vary by country and order value. Please contact us before placing your order and we will provide a full shipping quote and customs estimate for your destination.


Customs Documentation Requirements

Some countries require recipients to provide a tax identification number — Tax ID, NIF, VAT number, or equivalent — to clear a shipment through customs. Should this be required, we will contact you directly to assist. We ask that you monitor your email during the delivery period and respond promptly to any communication from the carrier or customs authorities, as delays resulting from incomplete documentation remain the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Refunds

Given the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain a no-return, no-refund policy, with the sole exception of cases where an error is directly attributable to us — such as an incorrect item being dispatched.

We are unable to issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of customs duties or import taxes

  • Failure to provide required customs documentation

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Failure to collect the package within the carrier's required timeframe

Should a shipment be returned to us for any of the above reasons, all return shipping costs, storage fees, and applicable carrier charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The order will be re-dispatched upon settlement of all outstanding costs. If charges remain unpaid after 10 calendar days of notification, the order will be considered abandoned and no replacement, refund, or compensation will be issued.
